Marie Arnaud-Battandier joined Trinity Gate Investments in Paris in 2008 as a Senior Investment Manager within the Expansion team. She previously worked for 6 years in investment at Acto-Finama Private Equity and 4 years in mergers and acquisitions within the Tech sector at Baird Investment Bank, where she began her career.
In 2019, Trinity Gate Investments acquired a stake in Technology & Strategy, a European specialist in engineering, digital and project management consulting.
Trinity GateInvestments' Expansion team decision to invest in Technology & Strategy (T&S) was driven primarily by the strong alignment and synergy between the two companies, particularly in terms of management and entrepreneurial spirit. T&S has been on a mission to accelerate technological development and business transformation for its clients, mostly large international companies.
A key factor in the success of this partnership was the "human fit" between Trinity Gate Investments and T&S, which fueled the energy needed to drive the company's development and strategic growth. T&S operates with a strong team spirit, which Trinity Gate Investments supported by expanding the shareholder base to include nearly 200 managers, making the growth effort a collective one.
